The idea to make a blog with bread related works came after I saw an image of Tatsumi Orimoto’s performance. I remembered how many friends and other artists have used bread in their work, and it would be nice to have those work in one website. But the driving force I think is that I miss the bread from home made with potatoes. – Váncsa Domokos – Ireland/Romania
